He pointed out that citizens often face citizens during their dealings in some government departments some obstacles that prevent the termination of their interests, as a result of the intransigence of some employees and other reasons that do not belong to the citizen, and therefore the establishment of these units will contribute significantly and strong in the speed of solving the problems of citizens And respond to them and will facilitate citizens to resort to when exposed to any problem.

The MP called for the supervision of these units by the ministry, and the accountability of those who fail to solve the problems of citizens, in order to promote respect for the rights of citizens, and asked to circulate the matter in all ministries.
