"Legislative Deputies" today discusses 4 laws on the judiciary and public sector bodies

The Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives will discuss four draft laws concerning the judiciary, public sector bodies and companies.
The committee's agenda includes 3 draft laws passed by the government to the House of Representatives on amending laws pertaining to the judiciary in line with the recent constitutional amendments, including a draft amending some provisions of the Supreme Constitutional Court Law, , And a bill on the Supreme Council of the judicial bodies and bodies.
These laws deal with the appointment of the President of the Supreme Constitutional Court and the heads of the judicial bodies in accordance with the Constitution. It also deals with the establishment of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary and the judicial bodies and determining the manner of its composition and competencies. The fourth project discussed by the committee is the amendment of some provisions of the law of public sector bodies and companies issued No. 97 of 1938.
