Learn about the punishment of a computer accountant who visited official documents and sold them to citizens

The security services succeeded in arresting a person in Minya for forgery and promotion of official publications, as well as labor contracts attributed to many Arab countries.
Investigations and information of the Northern Branch of the Department confirmed that one of the persons (a computer computer specialist residing in the Samalut police station in Minya) falsified the official publications attributed to the state authorities and was imprinted with the seals of the republic's slogan (counterfeit), as well as the labor contracts attributed to many Arab countries. With the concerned parties in the security of Minya was targeted and controlled.
In the following lines, we observe the penalty awaiting the accused:
The Penal Code stipulated penalties for such offenses in several articles of the law, ranging from one year to five years in prison, as stipulated in articles 206 to 210 of the Egyptian Penal Code.
Article 206 of the law stipulates that any person who imitates or falsifies any of the following things, either personally or through others, as well as anyone who uses these things or enters them in the Egyptian countries, knowing that they are imitated or falsified, shall be punished with imprisonment.
1. A public order, law, decree or decision issued by the Government, the seal of the State or the signature or seal of the President of the Republic.
2 – The seals or marks of one of the departments or a government authority stamp or signature or sign of a government employee.
3 – Salary papers, bonuses, bonds or other bonds issued by the government treasury or its branches
4 – Gold or silver imprints.
While article 206 bis of the law stipulates that imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years shall be punishable for the offenses mentioned in the preceding article if they are stamped, stamped or marked by a joint stock company or a cooperative association or trade union established in accordance with the conditions established by law, Which are generally considered legally beneficial.
The penalty shall be imprisonment for a period not exceeding seven years if the seals, stamps or marks in respect of which any of the offenses set out in the preceding paragraph have been committed are for an enterprise, company, association, organization or establishment if the State or a public body contributes to its share in any capacity whatsoever .
Article 207 provides that any person who unlawfully obtained seals, stamps or real marks of a governmental interest, a public administration or one of the bodies set out in the preceding article shall be punished by imprisonment and used in a harmful manner by a public or private interest.
Article 208 stipulates that any person who imitates a seal, a mark or a mark of any party or companies authorized by the government or a commercial house, as well as whoever uses any of the mentioned things, shall be punished by imprisonment with his knowledge of its tradition.
Article 209 of the Penal Code stipulates that any person who unlawfully obtains seals, stamps or real explosives prepared for one of the above mentioned types and uses them in a harmful manner in any public interest, commercial company or any department of the citizens shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years.
Article 210 also states that persons committing such offenses shall be exempted from punishment if they inform the Government of these crimes before their completion, and before attempting to search for them, knowing the other perpetrators or facilitating their arrest, even after the commencement of such research.
