Kuwait Stock Exchange index fell by 8 points

KUWAIT CITY – Kuwait Stock Exchange [KSE] indexes fell on Monday, falling 8 sectors.
The general market index fell 0.96%, or 54.9 points, to 5637.80. The index of the first market fell by 1.08%, losing 66.570 points to reach 6096.38 points. The benchmark index fell 0.54%, losing 26.060 points to 4752.69 points.
Trading volume was at 60.1 million shares, valued at KD 14.4 million, through 2,450 transactions.
On the Kuwait Stock Exchange, the sectors that lost the most were the Telecommunications and Industrials sectors which lost 1.28%, followed by the Financial Services sector by 0.92%, followed by Banks by 0.87%, Real Estate by 0.74%, Insurance by 0.58%, Basic Materials by 0.36% , Followed by consumer goods by 0.15%.
Sunriji topped the green list on the stock exchange with a growth of 16.90%, followed by Wataniya by 9%, reconstruction by 7.94%, while Red Centers was down 10.30%, Arjan 9.77% and 9.55% respectively. %
