The Public Prosecutor's Office investigated with an accused criminal activity in the field of fictitious educational entities, where he established and managed an educational entity without a license for specialized studies and nursing, and promoted certificates of study attributed to government educational entities (forged).
According to the security investigations, the said academy has not issued any licenses and is not subject to the supervision of the competent authorities, and that this academy was founded for the students, and the activity of illegal activity for the purpose of material profit.
The exams included 71 certificates in foreign languages, which were issued to a foreign university, some of them in blank and with names of different persons (falsified), and 80 certificates of different persons related to issuing an association. A number of different people belong to one of the associations, according to which the training courses are marked with forged stamps, a set of certificates of different names, some of them are blank, attributed to one of the faculties, and other forged papers, and a financial amount of LE 1700.
