Housing adopts the decision to design a piece of land to establish the first private university in the new city of Assiut

The Official Gazette published the decision to approve the urban design of land parcel 28 in the regional services area of ​​21 acres, allocated to a real estate company to establish a higher education activity in the new city of Assiut.

According to Article 2 of the resolution, the company is committed to carry out the project works within the period specified in the contract dated 13 April 2016. In case of non-compliance with the time program for a reason not accepted by the Authority, the appropriate legal procedures shall be taken.

The company is committed to issuing the presidential decree necessary to establish the private university and bring the approvals of all the competent authorities before the activity dedicated to the plot of land. The company is also committed to provide the executive drawings and technical specifications for the works of the utility networks within the framework of the general plan and the approved time program.

Article 6 of the decision stipulates the Company's compliance with the maximum building requirements in accordance with the decision of the Planning and Projects Committee, the implementation of the project on the contracted area, the use of sustainable energy systems as usual and the provision of parking spaces.
