Governor of Port Said quickly directing the completion of the new Corniche on the channel of communication
General Adel Al Ghadban, Governor of Port Said, announced the completion of 50% of the work of the new Corniche on the communication channel.
This came during the inspection of the governor of Port Said work progress in the establishment of the new Corniche, which is being established on the channel of communication, which supports the civilizational and aesthetic form of the area adjacent to the Corniche.
Al-Ghadhban stressed the necessity of adhering to the timetable set in the construction of the Corniche. He pointed out that the new Corniche has a length of about 3 km and is being constructed in two phases. The first is 600 meters long and the second is completed by the Corniche.
The governor of Port Said issued directives to the head of the suburb to raise the efficiency of the road leading to the new Corniche starting from the area of Isra and remove all occupations. During his tour, the Governor also met with a number of the people of the Isra and asked them to help the executive bodies in upgrading the region.
The new Corniche will include a number of services that will make it a tourist attraction for the city's people and visitors. It will also add a new tourist area to Port Said for the first time. The site will be the first tourist destination to meet Zaour Port Said coming from Ismailia Road.
