Governor of Dakahlia sign a settlement agreement with a private university

Dakahlia province signed a friendly settlement agreement with a private university in the presence of the advisor of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones [GAFI] Mohamed Abdel Wahab.

The contract was signed by Kamal Sharubim, Governor of Daqahlia, with the Rector, in honor of what was accomplished by the decision of Mustapha Madbouli, Prime Minister, No. 19 of 2019 to end the dispute over the plot of land established by the University. The contract stipulated the waiver by the parties of all the lawsuits raised and the decisions of the ministerial committee for resolving the investment disputes issued in this regard, which lasted for five years since 2014.

Kamal Sharobim, Governor of Dakahlia, expressed his happiness for the friendly settlement of this problem and the waiver of all related issues, noting that the province is keen to expand the university and ensure the success of the project.
