Governor of Al Gharbia: Contracting a collective transport company to provide 52 passenger buses
Major General Hisham Al-Said, Governor of Al Gharbia, said that the governorate is undergoing an integrated civilization transition in all sectors. A group of companies has been contracted to provide 52 buses, including electric buses during the coming period.
He pointed out that a study is being prepared to contract with one of the local collection companies for garbage to prevent its presence on the streets and create an urban appearance.
The governor added that the paving of 17 km of main streets in Tanta has been completed in just 3 months instead of a year, and that the paving of the streets of Mahab and Tutankhamun and all the secondary streets of the association will be completed immediately after the completion of all infrastructure works.
He pointed out that 72 km of streets were paved at the governorate level, stressing that the development of the sea road in Tanta in order to preserve the lives of citizens through the security crossing of the street through 8 crossing points with traffic signs, noting that the sea road has witnessed during the past 33 accidents due to The random crossing of the road, including accidents caused the death of 3 citizens.
