Exports and imports ": the necessity of approving the" development of fish wealth "when exporting الاستاكوزا

The General Organization for Export and Import Control [CEACA] urged exporters to obtain the approval of the General Authority for the Development of Fish Wealth when exporting any quantities of fresh or frozen water.

The Authority said in a statement today that this comes in pursuance of the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 124 of 1983 on fishing and aquaculture and its executive regulations, which made the mandate of supervision of fishing laws and the implementation of decisions governing it within its competence.
