Environmental inspection campaigns on facilities in Greater Cairo and Minya
Environmental inspection campaigns were carried out on various facilities such as hospitals, power stations and furniture manufacturing companies in Greater Cairo to ascertain the extent of their environmental commitment. Legal measures were taken against establishments with environmental violations.
In addition, inspection campaigns were conducted on a number of establishments and factories in addition to the inspection of some medical facilities at the Beni Mazar Center to ascertain their compliance with the environmental requirements and to take necessary action against the violators..
The environmental assessment of 8 projects, medical centers, sewage station, Al-Badraman Dirmawas, and the collection, transfer and sorting of non-hazardous solid waste was conducted in addition to a meeting with officials of Al-Adwa Treatment Station.
The campaigns responded to the complaint of the people of the village of Qasr Hor Mallawi about the abuses of a number of houses and immediately the place of complaint was examined and the necessary legal action was taken due to violation of the Environment Law No. 4 of 1994 and its amendments .
