Elon Musk will appear in court next October because of the Savior of the Cave Children
Tesla chief executive Elon Musk will appear before the court in October because of comments he made about a British diver who helped save the children of the Thai cave.
Last July, the American billionaire described the British man Vernon Unsworth, Who helped in the process of sexually exploiting children, and was tweeted on Twitter, after the diver criticized the rescue plan "Mosk" proposed to save children.

The British savior sued Mossek in September for defamation. In a court order, District Court Judge Stephen Wilson denied Mosk's attempt to dismiss the defamation case and set a date on October 22.
"The importance of the verdict is clear," the British savior's lawyer said in a statement sent via e-mail. "The posting of the accusations on Twitter does not provide a safe haven for the author."
Mosk's lawyers pointed out that the statements made were an opinion because "the Internet speech is unique."
