Disciplinary officer punished the cleanliness and beautification of Cairo request for money
The disciplinary court assigned the senior management level, an advisor to the technical office of the chairman of the board of directors of the General Authority for Cleaning and Beautification of Cairo, to dismissal from service, because he stopped working without justification and used fraudulent methods to obtain money from one of the ladies.
Vice-President of the Council of State, and Counselor Hatem Salameh, Mohammad Sammaha, Vice-Presidents of the State Council, and the presence of Counselor Fawzi Abdul Hadi, Deputy Head of Administrative Prosecution and Mohammed Hassan Secretariat.
The court said in its terms that the defendant was suspended from April 24, 2016 to May 10, 2016 without prior authorization and without the approval of the competent authority for the required leave grant. He therefore committed a disciplinary offense that requires disciplinary sanction.
The court added that the accused used fraudulent methods to obtain 20,000 pounds from one of the women in exchange for the participation of the Agricultural Land Association in Metoubas Kafr El-Sheikh, and issued a final sentence of "two years in prison and two thousand pounds for suspension" in case No. 36326 for 2010 misdemeanors.
The court was assured that the defendant would be sentenced to death for all charges against him in the case of a probation warrant, which would require his maximum penalties in view of the gravity of the offense of serious offense to the public servant, especially since he was a member of a judicial body.
