Deputy of the "Parliament Plan": We receive the reports of the specific committees on the general budget until Saturday

MP Yasser Omar, Deputy of the Committee on Plan and Budget in the House of Representatives, said that this week witnessed the last meetings of the Committee with the government ministries on the draft general budget of the State 2019/2020, held over the past three weeks.

He pointed out that the committee will then begin to compile the observations of the ministries who requested their increases during the hearings to be studied, and will receive from 23 to 25 May maximum reports of the committees to finalize the recommendations of the Committee draft budget in all sectors.

He stressed that the committee will not accept the receipt of reports from the specific committees without the deadline. Those who will progress later will not include his observations on its sectors on the list of priorities. He explained that the committee will then hold a meeting with the ministries of finance and planning to study the possibility of responding to the claims that came from the ministries.

He continued: "The Committee to submit the first June of the final report in preparation for its presentation to the plenary session."
