Deputy of "Parliament Plan": Endowments improve their economic situation after taking advantage of their resources

MP Yasser Omar, Deputy of the Committee for Planning and Budget in the House of Representatives, that what the Ministry of Awqaf to allocate for the poorest villages and education comes in light of the improvement of the status of the Endowments Authority in the current and new fiscal year.
Omar pointed out that this is related to the success of the Authority in obtaining a fixed database of its property and the proper management of property, which caused the creation of surpluses in the budget of the ministry.
He praised the commissioner of the plan, which was allocated, hoping that this would improve the situation of the poor in society, and commended the work done by the Authority to improve its resources after the waste, which was happening in the past two years.
The Council of Ministers announced that the Ministry of Awqaf will allocate 300 million pounds to the poorest villages and the Education Support Fund, divided into 200 million pounds to support the initiative of the life of Karima, which is implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Social Solidarity to go to the poorest and most favored families nationwide. To 100 million pounds to support the Education Support Fund, and it was stressed that the allocation of these amounts comes within the framework of the social role of the Ministry of Awqaf and its efforts in the service of society, and consistent with the requirements of those standing in the field of public land and community service.
