D extension of the provision to increase the expense of the son of the artist Tariq Sheikh for 20,000 pounds per month for June 11
The Court of Appeal of the Cairo family decided Sunday, under the chairmanship of Counselor Tariq Abu Al-Mahasen, to extend the ruling in case No. 277 of 2018, established by the son of popular singer Tareq Al-Sheikh to increase the monthly maintenance amount for the June 11 session.
Mazin Tariq al-Sheikh filed a lawsuit in which he demanded that his father pay the maintenance of relatives of all kinds. The first instance court ordered the singer to pay 3500 thousand pounds in return for food, clothing and housing, after which the son appealed the ruling and demanded an increase in the amount of maintenance to 20,000 pounds per month. And the income ranges between 500 thousand to 600 thousand pounds per month, according to the investigation of the mabahith.
