China to organize 16th international fair for small and medium enterprises next June

China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is organizing the 16th International Fair for SMEs in Guangzhou, southern China's Guangdong Province, on June 24.

In a statement Tuesday, Vice-Minister of Industry and Information Technology Wang Jiangping said that 31 countries, regions and international organizations have so far confirmed their participation in the exhibition, which will be held from June 24 to 27, under the theme of "Intelligence, Wisdom and Intelligent Manufacturing Energy conservation. "

The exhibition, in the context of providing better service to SMEs, will provide new sections for trade negotiations and promotion of innovative services.

The exhibition will showcase new technologies in the areas of large data, industrial Internet, intelligent manufacturing, and encourage small and medium enterprises to gain new opportunities for integrated development.

The exhibition, launched by the Chinese government in 2004 to promote the development of small and medium enterprises, aims to promote exchanges and cooperation between Chinese SMEs and their counterparts abroad.
