Cairo felony renews detention of five accused on charges of publishing false news

The Cairo Criminal Court, headed by Judge Shabib al-Dhamrani, held at the Tora Court Complex, decided to accept the appeal of the prosecution for the decision to release five defendants on charges of publishing false news in case No. 441 of 2018, and decided to renew their detention for 45 days.
The prosecution has accused the accused of joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law, inciting against state institutions, publishing false news and rumors, and calling for the disruption of the provisions of the constitution and the law, through some websites and some social networking sites.
