vitamin D3 Which is produced by the body naturally when the skin is exposed to the sun, can help to recover from damage to the cardiovascular system, and it helps in the prevention of cancer.

According to the British Daily newspaper, the researchers found that vitamin D can help prevent cancer.

Experts found that middle-aged men and women with high levels of vitamin D in their blood were 20 percent less likely to develop cancer.

It is already known that vitamin D strengthens bones and muscles and many studies indicate that it also protects against respiratory and nerve problems, but this is the first study found to be able to prevent cancer as well.

The researchers found that vitamin D, which the skin produces naturally in response to sunlight, can be obtained by eating sardines, liver and eggs, but nearly one-third of Britons are deficient in vitamin D thanks to modern diets, And cold weather.

To counter this, British public health advises everyone to take 10 mg of vitamin D supplements daily from October to April.
