Boshra Sohag Medicine participates in the distribution of Ramadan bags to the villages most in need
Dr. Ahmed Aziz Abdel Moneim, President of Sohag University, participated in the launch of their charitable initiative to equip Ramadan bags before distributing them to the most needy villages in Sohag governorate as a symbolic contribution from the students of the college.
Aziz said that the initiative aims to draw the smile on the most needy families during the holy month, and thanked the students for their efforts and urged them to continue to give and help others as part of their message to society.
Dr. Mustafa Abdel Khalek, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, pointed out that more than 200 bags of foodstuffs, including essential commodities needed by citizens such as rice, sugar, oil, pasta, and other commodities, have been prepared to alleviate the burden on low-income families.
He added that the donations were received from the students of the first class at the college with a value of 30 thousand pounds to buy these bags, and participate more than 120 students in distribution to the various villages within the region.
On the other hand, today, two students of the Faculty of Commerce at Sohag University have passed the second semester exams for the academic year 2018-2019. Dr. Ahmed Aziz, President of Sohag University, accompanied by Dr. Safa Mahmoud, Vice President and Dr. Mamdouh Al Rashedi, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce. Evening Course in Commerce Faculties.
I assure the President of the University of the conformity of the questions to the specifications of the examination paper, stressing the presence of ambulances equipped for any sudden illness.
On the other hand, Dr. Safa Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, said that the examinations, which will take place in two periods, the first period from 9 am to 12 noon, and the second period from 1 pm to 4 pm, will end on May 30 Current.
Dr. Mamdouh Al-Rashidi, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, said that the number of students who take the exams in the college is 10 thousand and 826 students divided into 58 committees and 4 committees dedicated to cases of integration and disease.
