Booklets for conditions of booking 23 plots of land for the establishment of gas stations in 18 new cities

The new city agencies have started to issue booklets for the conditions of the reservation of 23 plots of land in 18 new cities, at the headquarters of the city apparatus, which comes within the framework of the plan of the new urban communities to meet the wishes of applicants for land plots.

Eng. Tariq Al-Sebaie, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Commercial and Real Estate Affairs, said that the 23 pieces of service to establish the activity of gas stations in areas ranging between 1620 and 11500 m 2 in 18 new cities (New Cairo, 15th of May – New Salihia – 10th of Ramadan – Sheikh Zayed – New Assiut – New Sohag – New Aswan – Badr – New Fayoum – New Menia – New Borg El Arab – New Damietta – Akhmeem.

Engineer Tarek Al-Sebaie added: "The sale is for individuals and existing companies, and the seriousness of the reservation shall be paid at 10% of the value of the land. The payment of the price of the land shall be completed in full by a certified check (acceptable payment – bank) ) Within one month from the date of notification of approval of the assignment.

The Vice Chairman of the Commission for Commercial and Real Estate Affairs: "In the case of overcrowding on one piece of land, the differentiation between the contenders according to the highest price provided them through growing among them, and the company, or the individual assigned to the land is bound by the requirements of the booklet of conditions and specifications, Law No. 59 of 1979 and the provisions of the Real Estate Regulations.
