Mohammed Abu Saada explained that the competition is aimed at the plastic artists who are professionals and amateurs to draw inspiration from what Egypt has in all of its governorates with an urban dimension and a great heritage and heritage in its heritage buildings through their works that express the cultural and architectural heritage of the different governorates of Egypt. Abu Saada pointed out that the competition is open to the two-dimensional works (flat) belonging to the following areas:
