Assiut Governorate Announces mourning for the death of the security director
General Jamal Nour El-Din, Governor of Assiut, announced the cancellation of all events and celebrations scheduled for the governorate, in memory of the death of Major General Jamal Shaker, Director of Assiut Security, who died today following a traffic accident during his inspection of road traffic. For his family patience and solace, and the speedy recovery of Dr. Montaser Aweida, Director of Criminal Investigation and all the injured in the incident.
Major General Gamal Nour al-Din Governor of Assiut received notification from the operations room of the province that the director of the security of Assiut and the director of the Criminal Investigation of a traffic accident while inspecting some security ambushes by way of "Qusiya – Assiut", which led to the coup of their car, which resulted in the death of the security director, The officers accompanying them, and were immediately transferred to Assiut University Hospital to sign the medical examination of the injured and the necessary treatment.
