Apple, Amazon, Google and Microsoft sued because of music piracy
Raise heirs Harold Arlen author Over the Rainbow And many other classic songs, sued Apple, Amazon, Google and Microsoft for selling unauthorized recordings of some of the author's famous songs.
Forbes notes that the suit claims that the companies are involved in a "huge music piracy" of more than 6,000 pirated recordings. Arlen has written some of the most famous 20th century vocal tracks of Hollywood movies and musicals on Broadway.

The film won Over the Rainbow, Won the Academy Award 1939 for the best original song, and also composed a music for the 1954 version of A Star And collaborated with the songwriters such as Era Gershwin and Johnny Mercer.
