Ancient Greek treasures were exhibited at the Indianapolis Museum for the first time

The Indianapolis Museum in the United States of America hosts the Ancient Greek Treasures Exhibition, and treasures include nearly 150 Greek artifacts. The exhibition is scheduled to last until June 15.

The exhibition is part of an ongoing program aimed at promoting Greek art and culture in many places throughout the United States. Many of the items exhibited abroad have not been shown before, news.gtp.gr.

Prominent works include bronze and marble statues, gold jewelry, funerary objects, pottery and 2,000-year-old antiques.

It is noteworthy that the Greek Ministry of Culture has organized an opposition in the most important American museums since 2013 and the exhibition "Heaven and Earth: Byzantine Art of Greek Collections" at the National Museum in Washington.
