Amending the Investment Law .. Know the fees for documenting and publishing companies

The Economic Committee, in Parliament, headed by MP Ahmed Samir, approved the text of Article 48 of the draft amendment to the Investment Law submitted by the government, which specifies the fees for documenting and publishing companies.

The new amendment to Article 48 of the Investment Law states: "In all cases, the signatures of the partners or their representatives on the contracts of the companies, regardless of the investment system subject to them, shall be ratified against a registration fee of one quarter of one percent of the paid up capital, Ten thousand pounds or the equivalent of foreign exchange as the case, whether ratified in Egypt or with the Egyptian authorities abroad, and these provisions apply to every amendment in the company's system"He said.
