All you need to know about "contract dissolution" and its implications
Many financial transactions between citizens and various entities are carried out daily under contracts, which would preserve the right of each party to the contract.
Some contracts include termination clauses in the event that a party fails to comply with the terms prescribed between them.
Alaa Mohammed, a lawyer and legal expert, talks about the terms and conditions of termination of the contract.
"Mohamed" says that the dissolution of the contract entails the return of the status of each contractor to the pre-contract. Each party shall respond to the effects of the contract, which is in the binding contracts of the two sides, or reciprocity, which is the talk of termination of all kinds.
He added that if the two parties do not require annulment when one of them breaches the obligation determined by the contract, he shall issue the matter to the judge after the debtor has excused the other party, provided that he is not himself an obligation he has not performed.
