Ahmed al-Dayem, executive director of the Volleyball Federation and acting president, will head the first team's African qualifiers to be held in Kenya on June 3.

The mission is due to fly to Kenya on June 1 to prepare for the African Games in Morocco next August.

The team is technically led by Dutch new coach Gedo Vermolin, with coach Wael Al Aidey.
