A young man from the village of Del-Bahr of the Bastoun district in Belqas district was shot dead by unknown assailants after they shot him during the day in Ramadan and fled Harbin.

Major General Mohammed Hajji, director of security of Dakahlia, received a notification from Major General Mohammad Sharbash, the director of the Directorate's investigations, in a letter to the commander of the Al-Satamouni Center Mohammed al-Husseini, who opened fire on a young man in the middle of the street during the day in Ramadan.
The center's officer and Major Mohamed Hammad, the head of the center's investigations, went to the scene and examined the victim, Issam Eid Abdo Omran, who lives in al-Badzashin district of Giza governorate and moved his residence to the village of Del al-Bahr in Al-Satamouni Center.
Brigadier Ahmed Shawki, head of the directorate of the directorate, immediately formed a research team to uncover the perpetrators. Preliminary investigations revealed that the incident was likely to be a result of an uprisings between the perpetrators and the victim's family because of an old dispute with another family in Giza.
