A parliamentarian asks to determine the value of the land meter in the governorates before applying the law of reconciliation

MP Abdelkareem Zacariyya called for fixing the prices of the flat meter of the violator in all the governorates of the Republic, in preparation for the implementation of the reconciliation law in some of the violations expected to be completed the executive regulations during the next few days.

Zakaria pointed out that the law stipulates that the value of the offense should be set at 50 pounds to 2,000 pounds per square meter, according to the geographical nature of each region. This means facilitating citizens and not unifying the value of the violation. Or a street in different governorates, so that the owner of the violating unit is available to know the value, and at the same time to close the door to the weak people to question the mechanism of determining the value.

The member of the House of Representatives, that the law of reconciliation in some of the violations of the building is expected to solve the problems of many citizens in different provinces, so the law must be attractive and avoid all materials that may be a reason to alienate citizens from taking this step, The law ensures that the value of the violation can be paid, and that this is one of the attractions in the law.
