A legal appeal against the decision not to renew his membership in the Bar Association
Amr Magawari, a lawyer, filed a lawsuit before the Administrative Court of the State Council demanding the suspension of the Bar Association's decision to refrain from handing the appellant his membership card at the Bar Association.

The lawsuit said that the appellant is bound by a high appeal lawyer and a council of state. He submitted all the papers required to obtain a renewal of his membership in the union, but the union insisted on not renewing his membership based on the new decisions issued by the Bar Council.
According to the lawsuit, the conditions of registration for which the union has been suspended due to the renewal of its membership have been canceled by virtue of a ruling issued by the Supreme Administrative Court which is final and has become enforceable and can not be challenged.
