3 years imprisonment for "housewife" for drug trafficking in the dome gardens
The Criminal Court of Cairo, held in the fifth assembly, sentenced the accused "H." to three years in prison and a fine of 50,000 pounds for being accused of trafficking in the tramadol in the gardens of the dome.
The judgment was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Abdel Tawab Ibrahim, and the membership of the advisers, Wajdi Abdel Moneim, Salah Abdel Rahman and Ahmed Sweilem, and the secretariat of Mohammed Ala Hamza and Ahmad Kamal.
The Public Prosecutor's Office charged H. H, a housewife, with the charge of possession and possession of the tramadol drug for the purpose of trafficking, without authorization and in other than those authorized by law.
The incident is due to the receipt of the section of Hadaeq al-Qubba, a report stating that the defendant "H. Kh" was engaged in illegal activity of trafficking in narcotics, department department, and intensification of investigations.
