3 years imprisonment for 40 brothers for inciting violence in the east
The Zagazig Criminal Court in Sharkia Governorate sentenced to 40 years' imprisonment of 40 members of the Muslim Brotherhood for incitement to violence and calling for the disruption of the constitution and law.
The judgment was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Abdel Basset Mohammed Imbabi, and the membership of the advisors Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Walid Abdel Moneim, and Ahmed Rizk Secretariat.
The events of case no. 79 of 2017 are due to the crimes of Abu Hammad on December 12, 2016, when the director of the security of Sharkia received notification of the arrest of 40 members of the Muslim Brotherhood for gathering, demonstrating and inciting against state institutions, calling for the disruption of the constitution and laws, And 5 civilians were injured. The prosecution presented them to the "East Terror" department, which issued its advanced judgment.
