25 drivers were arrested for drug use while driving by highways

The General Directorate of Traffic organized a surprise traffic campaign on the highways to detect drug users while driving to prevent traffic accidents. Traffic campaigns were conducted within 24 hours. A medical analysis was conducted for 190 drivers, 25 drivers were identified for driving drugs, The necessary legal procedures towards them.
The General Directorate of Traffic has stepped up the presence of road traffic services to secure flights and intensify campaigns on transport vehicles, which carry passengers with the back box, radar campaigns, tire detection and inspection of drug users while driving.
