11 Behavior punishable by the owners of river units .. know them

Use of harmful or flammable materials on the river unit
– Allow the leadership of the river unit under the age of 18 or for any person not authorized to drive.

Not to provide a number of life jackets similar to the number of passengers of the river unit, provided that these jackets are usable, and accessible to all passengers, in the event of any emergency.
– Tampering with the equipment of the river unit or its safety and rescue equipment, making it unusable.

Failure to provide valid safety, rescue and extinguishing equipment in accordance with the license of the river unit.
The article doubled the penalty in case of return, with the suspension of licenses for a period not exceeding six months.
