The Orman handed over 60 livestock head projects to the most needy families in Aswan

On Monday, the Orman organized a ceremony to distribute 60 small production projects to 60 families from the most needy families in the villages of Kom Ombo center in Aswan governorate, in the presence of leaders of the organization, society and executive leaders of Aswan Governorate.

Major General Mamdouh Shaaban, General Director of the Orman Association, said that the distributed projects represented two payments in the first batch of 30 cattle that were delivered to 30 beneficiary families and distributed to the Aswan villages. 60 families were handed over 60 head of cattle with full feeding, feed, For each case, pointing out that cooperation with FAO in supporting the non-able family within the small productive projects comes within the project of improving nutrition and food security by targeting women and youth aims to improve food security and nutrition for vulnerable groups through improving the skills of women and Youth in the production of food and farming and other small animals from food projects organized by FAO and the World Foundation.

Major General Mamdouh stressed that the cooperation between the Orman and the World Food Organization is aimed at alleviating the burden on those with low incomes in the villages most in need while providing small and micro projects for young people and families with care and care.
