The adoption of a land division in favor of an association in Alexandria to establish an urban society for its members
The official newspaper published the decision to approve the planning and division of plot No. 11 with an area of 4.4 acres, in the eighth district of the new city of Burj Al Arab, which is dedicated to the Alexandria Association for Housing and Construction in Alexandria to establish an integrated residential project.
According to the second article of the decree, the association is committed to not start marketing the real estate without the approval of the Authority. The services area of the project is to serve the residents of the project only.
Article [4] stipulates the commitment of the Association to the signed undertaking that the amendments to the resolution do not conflict with all contracts concluded between them and the residents or owners of the project, and is also committed after the sale or disposition of any unit of the area of amendment, with full compliance with the maximum structural requirements.
Article 7 of the resolution stipulates the commitment of the association to submit the executive drawings and the technical specifications of the works of Shabtaka facilities within the framework of the amended plan submitted and the contracted area and approved by the Commission before starting implementation.
