The Judge of the Opposition of the South Cairo Court renewed the detention of three unemployed persons, 15 days in custody, on charges of placing an overdose of drugs on a person and stealing him.
Investigations by the Office of the Procuratorate have revealed that an unidentified deceased person was found in the Imam al-Shafei cemetery area in the Department's Department. A criminal investigation team was formed to uncover the circumstances of the incident. The deceased, in a contemporary time to discover the incident, by summoning the owner and asking him, decided that one of the people attended him, "the owner of a welding workshop," a resident of the Sayeda Zeinab police station, and asked him to borrow the car on the pretext of bringing his wife to the hospital.
Investigations indicated that after the proceedings were legalized, he was arrested. He admitted that he was with the deceased and three persons "identified" in the shop of one of them in the Sayeda Zeinab police station, to use narcotic drugs "heroin". A man took the money he had in possession of 800 pounds and transferred the deceased to the area where he was found by using the aforementioned vehicle, and disposed of all his possessions (wallet, cell phone, shoes, special papers) in an attempt Of whom to hide his identity.
In the presence of the accused, they confessed to the incident, and on their guidance some of the belongings of the victim were found at the disposal site on the street of Al-Oyoun in the Department's Department. By summoning the former wife of the deceased, she met him and decided that she had separated from him because of Drug use, legal action has been taken.
