Agreement for the implementation of the project to develop the performance of human cadres in the modernization project Badr al-Din Petroleum
The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources witnessed today the signing of an agreement to start the actual start-up in the project of developing and modernizing the performance efficiency of human cadres for the modernization project of Badr al-Din Petroleum Company between the Petroleum Authority and one of the international companies as a model for application among the companies of the joint oil sector.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Abid Ezz, the Chief Executive Officer of the Petroleum Authority and the President of the International Company, in the presence of Osama Mabarz, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Technical Affairs, Eng. Salah Abdul Karim, Chairman of Badruddin Petroleum Company and Accountant Hesham Nour Eldin.
The official said that the agreement comes within the framework of the integrated project for the development and modernization of the petroleum sector in all activities, which comes in the forefront of the program of human resources development, based on the human element basis of development and to find a generation of young people able to lead the sector in the future to ensure continuity and meet challenges He pointed out that Badruddin Petroleum Company was chosen as a model to be the first nucleus in the process of modernization of the companies of the common sector and an example in the development of the performance of employees to optimize the performance of companies.
The Chairman of the Badr al-Din Petroleum Company, said that the agreement includes initiatives covering 8 topics and that it was agreed with Shell on the implementation plan and the timetable and even the comprehensive application to all employees of the company, including initiatives, the system of performance appraisal management and the system of motivation for employees and the system of special recognition for outstanding performance and program The development of human cadres, the integrated planning of the workforce, the framework structure program, the continuous evaluation, the integrated electronic system for human resource management, the development of standards and the organizing principles for career progression.
