Real Madrid crowned tenth in front of Atletico in a historic quarter

On this day in 2014, Real Madrid have crowned champions of the Champions League for the tenth time in their history.

Real Madrid won a 4-1 win over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League final at the Nou Camp in Lisbon.

Carlo Ancelotti, current coach of the Italian club Napoli, was coaching Real Madrid, while Zinedine Zidane was assistant coach.

The original time of the game ended in a positive draw 1/1, before Real Madrid crushed their opponent during the extra time and scored three full goals to end the 4-1 defeat.
