The return of the first and second lines of the metro to normal after the temperature drop

The Metro Company decided to restore the speeds of the first and second line trains to 80 km / h following the break of the hot wave today, after reducing the speed outside the tunnel to 60 km / h instead of 80 km / h, naturally due to high temperatures, Rail engineering and electric power by reducing speed in order to maintain the path of trains and railways.

The heat wave, which hit the country yesterday, reached its climax and maximum temperature rise across the republic on Friday, amid expectations that it will begin to break down and fall in grades starting Saturday, and the expected temperature in Cairo today is 42 degrees Celsius.
