The aggravated imprisonment of those accused of killing an interventionist to defend a housewife on the street in Sharqiya
The Zagazig Criminal Court in Sharqiya, Kahwaji and a shopkeeper, sentenced to 10 years in prison for the first and 5 years for the second, for killing an interventionist to defend a housewife in a quarrel between her and the second defendant.
The judge was presided over by Judge Ahmed Mohamed El-Shahawy, the president of the court, and the membership of advisors Omar Fathy Alam El Din, Mohamed Mostafa El Sayed, and Ahmed Rizk Nabatah Secretariat.
The events of case No. 11368 for the year 2018 are due to the crimes of the Ibrahimi Center, when the director of the security of al-Sharqiya received a notification from the director of the criminal investigation, according to a message from the Ibrahimi Central Hospital, the arrival of Amr Ma'sal, a dead corpse from a stab wound in the abdomen.
Investigations conducted by Captain Yassin Hindawi, an associate of Ibrahimi Investigation, found that the perpetrators of the murder were: Shubrai SA, 24 years old, Kahwagi, and Wael S, 22, a bakery worker, located in Ibrahemia. Between the second defendant and the 22-year-old Afkar, a housewife who developed into a quarrel in which she slapped her face in the face of the victim, who tried to defend her, but the first accused stabbed him with a knife. The defendants were arrested and presented to the Public Prosecution. They referred them to the Zagazig Criminal Court, which issued its advanced judgment to punish the former 10 years, and the other 5 years imprisonment.
