Stop the activity of two companies to bring foreign workers to the violation of the law
The Ministry of Manpower announced the suspension of the activities of two companies from the practices of apprehending the Egyptian labor abroad for violating the provisions of the Labor Law and the ministerial decrees implementing it, as well as lifting the suspension of two companies for the reasons for the suspension.
Asraa Al Khaleej License No. 1150 and Al Tantawi License No. 1106 have been suspended until conditions are reconciled. The suspension of Rowad Al Khaleej and the guarantee has been lifted to eliminate the reasons for the suspension.
The law stipulates the conditions for canceling or stopping the license when certain cases are proven, such as the company's loss of one of the conditions or taking any amounts from the worker for its operation in violation of the provisions of the law, stipulating that the company obtains 2% of the total salary of the first year only for the contractor for providing work opportunity , Or that the company has provided incorrect data to obtain the license.
