Tanta is witnessing an environmental disaster, after some women polluted the water of one of the main canals in the city of Tanta at the entrance to the road leading to the village Tndad Tanta Center, after the exploitation of carpet and carpet washing days before the Eid al-Fitr.
A large number of men and women brought the carpets and washed them in the canal, and the use of industrial detergents, which leads to pollution of the water, and exploitation of the bridge wall in carpet spreading, without any action by the Directorate of Irrigation in Gharbia, to prevent pollution of drinking water.
