"Saudi Labor" revokes the licenses of 5 companies and offices to bring labor to the violation of activity
The Ministry of Labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia abolished the license of a company to recruit expatriate labor for violations of the rules of practice of recruitment and provision of labor services in accordance with the decision of the competent committee to consider the violations of licensed companies and recruitment offices .
The ministry also decided to cancel 4 recruitment offices, as well as stop the services from the office of recruitment and recommend not to renew it and withdraw from the bank guarantee, in addition to the suspension of services provided to him by the ministry and related parties .
Othman Ramadan, the labor counselor at the Egyptian consulate in Jeddah, disclosed in a report on the withdrawal of the bank guarantee from 14 offices until the payment of the rights of customers as a result of several irregularities, including the inability of the Office to pay its contractual obligations with its customers in an effort to achieve compliance and stability of the recruitment market .
And called on the Saudi Ministry of Labor to report any irregularities or problems of recruitment through official channels in the Kingdom.
