The Supreme State Security Prosecution has renewed the detention of two defendants for 15 days in custody pending the investigation into membership of a group established against the law and its provisions.

Prosecutors of Iman and Shaimaa A. accused the case of No. 1739 of 2018 of confining the security of a superior state to the charge of joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law. Its purpose is to call for the disobeying of the provisions of the constitution and laws and to prevent state institutions and public authorities from And set the hearing on June 3 to consider the renewal of the detention of suspects in the investigation of the case.

The prosecution also charged them with several crimes, including publishing false news about the political and economic situation in the country with the aim of disturbing the general peace within the framework of the objectives of the Muslim Brotherhood and promoting the group's aims aimed at undermining confidence in the Egyptian state and its institutions.
