Railways announced the expected delays in the train traffic today due to development work
The Railway Authority announced the expected delays on Sunday on some lines of the Authority due to the renovation and maintenance of the railway and the modernization of signal systems and works are as follows:
First: The Cairo / Alexandria line
Average train delays are 35 minutes
Second: Cairo / High Dam
Average train delays are as follows:
– Cairo / Assiut for 35 minutes
– Assiut / Aswan for 35 minutes
Third: Benha / Port Said line
Average train delays are 45 minutes
Fourth: Tanta / Mansoura / Damietta line
Average train delays are 30 minutes
The TRA apologized to the passenger public as a result of these delays due to delays in some work sites in railway renewal and maintenance projects and the development of signaling systems, sliders and terminals in order to improve the level of service and provide better services to passengers. .
