Brazilian bodybuilder Valder Segato is risking his life by injecting oil into the muscle, aiming to lift it to 23 inches, which could expose him to amputation according to doctors' warnings.
Valder, 50, has been injecting Sinthol for years, although there is a risk that he may be infected with strokes and inflammation due to increased chest and back muscles.
