Governor of Qalioubia discusses the development of technical and vocational education .. And confirms: witnessing a boom
Dr. Alaa Abdel-Halim Marzouq, Governor of Qalioubia, held a meeting on the development of technical and vocational education with Dr. Shorouq Zidan, Executive Director of the Technical Education and Vocational Training and Support Program, Dr. Eman Rayyan, Deputy Governor of Qalioubia, Dr. Awad Ahmed Ali, Secretary General of the Governorate, Director General of Technical Education, Islam Ragab, Director of Urban Development Unit and Al-Amliyat, and Najla Fathi, Director of Youth Initiatives Office.
The meeting came to exchange views on cooperation and coordination between the province and the program of supporting the technical education sector and the development of the hotel sector to improve tourist activity in the governorate, considering tourism as the main source of the Egyptian economy.
The Executive Director of the Program for the Support and Development of Technical Education, said that the development of several schemes aimed at supporting the technical sector during the next few months in cooperation with the private sector in the province of Qaliubiya.
For his part, Dr. Alaa Abdul-Halim Marzouk, Governor of Qalioubiyah, said that the technical education sector in the province is witnessing a boom, which has been linked to the labor market, pointing to many successful experiments carried out by the students, adding that the province needs programs to educate citizens about the importance of technical education.
It should be noted that the program of support and development of technical education and vocational training meaning to support the system of quality assurance for technical education and vocational training and guidance and guidance also in cooperation with the private sector to train students of technical education in schools.
