Governor of Gharbia reviews the final preparations for the first grade secondary exam
Major General Hisham Al-Saeed, Governor of Al Gharbia, has completed the preparations for the start of the first grade secondary exams electronically through the tablets within 124 schools. The exam is aimed at 33065 students, scheduled for 19 May and continuing until the end of the month,
This came during the meeting held today under the chairmanship of the Governor of the West in the presence of Mohammed Farouk, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Head of West Gharbia Electricity Sector and Chairman of the Communications Authority in Gharbia and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, to confirm the completion of all preparations for exams and connect the Internet lines to all schools.
Al-Gharbia Governor stressed on the coordination and continuous communication during the exams period between education, electricity and communications to take all necessary precautionary measures to ensure that no electricity or internet is cut off, aimed at providing additional generators in the servers' rooms in schools and forming emergency communication teams to deal immediately with any interruption in Internet services .
He also directed the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education to form the special operations room of the Directorate for 24 hours to be linked to the directors of educational departments and be in constant contact with the Central Operations Room in the General Directorate of the province to follow up the immediate examinations and remove any obstacles are found as soon as possible.
Major General Hisham Al-Saeed, Governor of Al Gharbia, confirmed that the holding of cultural seminars, poetry evenings, plastic art workshops and religious lectures is aimed at reviving the cultural and folklore heritage and enhancing the tendency to belong to the homeland in general and to preserve in particular and spread the tolerance and moderation of Islam.
He pointed out in his statement that more than 370 activities were organized during the holy month of Ramadan covering all the cities and villages of the province, including holding a series of cultural seminars, including awareness programs on the dangers of addiction and poetry evenings and the organization of a number of workshops and plastic arts held several religious lectures on the tolerance of Islam and thought Enlightenment and fight religious extremism, as well as the presentation of art in various palaces and cultural houses scattered in all centers and cities of the province.
Where there are 27 effectiveness in the cultural center in Tanta, 10 events in the railway club in Tanta, 22 at the Tanta Culture Palace, 10 at the Children's Culture Palace in Tanta, 20 at the Mahalla Al-Kubra Cultural Palace, 12 at the Ghazal Mahalla Culture Palace, 5 at the Facilities Theater and 15 at the Culture House in Sinta and 10 in the Basien Culture House 7 in Qatour Culture House, 8 in Dakhtur Culture House, 8 in Dilbashan Culture House, 10 in Sultana Culture House, 16 in Kafr El Zayyat Culture House and 10 in Zefta Culture House.
In addition, 110 activities include seminars, workshops, exhibitions and lectures held in the libraries of the Directorate of Culture in the cities and villages of the province.
The events also include the organization of 21 Ramadan football courses, the launch of the five-year football tournament (the governor's cup) and a table tennis tournament, and 49 competitions, including religious cultural competitions, Quran memorization competitions, Hadiths and competitions.
He stressed the keenness of preserving the organization of many sports and cultural activities, artistic and religious, which contribute to the development of creative capabilities of young people and the preservation of young people and fight extremist ideas and also exploit the energies of young people, which is beneficial to serve the nation.
